SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Areas: We ship to all European Union countries and selected international destinations. Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products or locations.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping (EU): 10-15 business days - €8 - 12
- Express Shipping (EU): 8-10 business days - €15 - 18
- International Shipping: 15-21 business days - €18 - 25
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. All prices include applicable taxes.
Delivery:
- Signature may be required for delivery
- If you're not available, the carrier will leave a delivery notice
- Packages not collected within 10 days will be returned to us
International Orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
